Happy@Work - Wilber at the Labor Day Parade

15 Wilber team members participated in the Bloomington Labor Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 3rd. Employees walked alongside our beautifully decorated float covered in colorful balloons as they passed out lollipops to onlookers. It was hard to miss the Wilber team with their matching blue shirts and 10 foot banner introducing our brand new Happy@Work campaign. Being in the parade was a total blast, but we were being intentional about bringing more awareness to our hiring website and current job openings. We are a growing company and we want people to know how truly rewarding it is to work at Wilber Group.

The Labor Day parade was a great way to connect with our community and it was nice to get out there and hear some positive feedback on the street. Caron Hughes, PR Generalist at Wilber said, "Several of the parade attendees knew who we were and told me that they had heard great things about Wilber." I guess that's what happens when you truly are Happy@Work.
